Terms of Service - Pharmacy Weight Loss Hythe

Pharmacy Weight Loss Hythe | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Hythe is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription medicines to patients in Hythe and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete our medical questionnaire accurately and honestly before any consultation or prescription can be issued.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist or prescriber, the requested medication is not appropriate for you. Certain conditions, medications, or circumstances may make you ineligible for weight loss treatments. Eligibility is assessed on an individual basis at each consultation.

You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history before each new order.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. No prescription will be issued solely on patient request.

Prescriptions are valid for the duration stated on the prescription document. We do not supply prescription medicines without a valid prescription. You must not share prescribed medicines with others, as they are issued specifically for you.

Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed. We may request additional information or a follow-up consultation before issuing a repeat prescription.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price you are charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal disruptions or public holidays.

Medicines are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to your nominated delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required deliveries where applicable.

We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by you.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medication except where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds for consultation fees are not available once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone. Always read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication and contact us, your GP, or call 111 if you experience any concerning side effects.

We do not accept liability for any adverse effects arising from the use of prescribed medicines where they have been taken contrary to the prescriber's instructions or where you have provided inaccurate medical information.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
